What to Expect When Receiving Your Order
At SuperKratom.store, we offer discounted expedited shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS), including Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. Before placing your order, please review the following delivery expectations:
- We do not guarantee delivery dates. Our guarantee only extends to getting your package from our warehouse to the post office on time.
- Orders placed by 2 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will ship the following business day.
- We do not ship on Sundays or postal holidays. Additionally, UPS does not pick up on Saturdays.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- USPS Priority Mail: Typically delivered within 2–3 business days from the ship date (excluding Sundays).
- USPS Priority Mail Express: Typically delivered within 1–2 business days from the ship date (excluding Sundays).
Please note: Delivery times may be delayed during the holiday season or due to USPS service disruptions. Shipping fees will not be refunded if USPS does not deliver within the expected timeframe.

Choosing Between UPS and USPS
If you’re located in the Southeastern U.S., especially Florida, UPS Ground may be a faster option than USPS. Since our distribution center is based in Florida, most Florida customers who choose UPS Ground receive their package within one business day.
Important Shipping Tip:
UPS does not pick up on Saturdays, while USPS does. So if you’re ordering after 2 PM EST on Friday and before 2 PM EST on Saturday, USPS may provide faster processing and delivery.
